FIP-P4 VERTICAL WHITE BANDS OR LINES APPEAR ON PRINTED

Symptom
Vertical white bands or faint colored bands appear on the
printed image.
Possible Parts
Before starting troubleshooting, inspect the paper feed path of the printer paper. Check
the paper feed path for metal staples, paper clips, paper scraps, and other foreign
matter.

Is the specified IMAGING CARTRIDGE (Y/
M/C/K) installed correctly?
Check the belt surface of the TRANSFER

Is the belt surface damaged?
Check the installation of the TRANSFER

Reinstall the TRANSFER UNIT and make a
test print. Does the printing quality get back to
normal?
Check the connection of the ROS ASSY

Is the harness of the ROS ASSY securely
connected?
