Deleting a User Password and Account Limits

1. Use the keypad to enter the Account Number you wish to delete
and press Start.
Input an account number and press Start
(1-50 accounts)
Account Number: 3
2. Use the keypad to enter 0000.
0000 is displayed.
Input the user password and press Start
(0000=Off, 0000-9999)
User Password: 0000
3. Press Start.
The user password is deleted from the account number and the
Output Color selection screen is displayed.
Select to limit the use for Output Color and
Press Start
1 No limit
4. Press Start without making any selection.
5. To delete user passwords for other account numbers, repeat
sub-steps 1 through 4.

Press the * key until the Tools Program Number entry screen is
displayed.
