9. Troubleshooting

The tasks described in this section may only be
carried out by a qualified electrician.
9.1

Spare Parts

If replacement or accessory parts are necessary for trou-
bleshooting, these must first be checked to ensure the
same design.
f Use only spare parts and accessories that are manufac-
tured and / or approved by MENNEKES.

9.2 Unlocking the charging plug

If the unlocking function fails, the charging plug may be
mechanically locked in place in the socket panel by the
actuator. The charging plug cannot be removed and must
be unlocked manually.

f Place the red lever (1) on the square-head bolt of the
actuator (2). The red lever is attached close to the ter-
minals for supply line with a cable tie.
f Turn the red lever clockwise by 90°.
f Remove the charging plug.
f Remove the red lever and attach it close to the termi-
nals for supply line with a cable tie.
f Close the device.

10. Taking out of service and
dismantling
The tasks described in this section may only be
carried out by a qualified electrician.

CAUTION
Risk of injury from protruding threaded rods
Unsecured protruding threaded rods may lead to falls and
injuries.
f Protect the area of threaded rods against access by
barriers.
Taking the device out of service
f Open the device.
Î "5.5 Opening the Charging Column"
f Disconnect the supply line and the data line (if applica-
ble).
f Close off the area of threaded rods.
Dismantling the device
f Take the device out of service.
f Loosen the device in the foundation and remove it.
f Run the supply line and the data line (if applicable) out
of the housing.
f Separate the threaded rods, keeping them aligned, or
remove the foundation entirely.
f Close the device.
