Replace the ventilator of the ventilator unit (1):
f Loosen the fastening nuts (3) of the ventilator (2).
f Remove the defective ventilator (3).
f Place the new ventilator (4) on the ventilator unit.
f Attach the new ventilator (4) with the fastening nuts (3).
f Reinstall the ventilator unit in reverse order.
f Connect the ventilator to the power supply.

8.2.2 Replacing the socket panel

f Loosen the connected plugs on the corresponding
components.
f Loosen the fastening screws (2).
f Remove the socket panel (1).
f Install the new socket panel (1).
f Fasten the socket panel with fixing screws (2).
Tightening torque 1.8 Nm
f Connect the connected plugs to the corresponding
components.

8.3 Cleaning

The device contains electrical components that carry high
voltage. Improper handling of the opened housing, espe-
cially in connection with moisture, will cause severe injury
to persons due to electric shock.
f Clean only the outside of the device.
f Keep the device and protection systems closed.

Material damage due to incorrect cleaning

Incorrect cleaning can cause damage to the housing or
components.
f Do not use running water and ensure that water cannot
reach live parts.
f Do not use high-pressure cleaning devices.
f Only use tools (e.g. brushes, cleaning agents) that are
suitable for plastic surfaces.
f Do not use aggressive cleaning agents or chemicals.
The device can be cleaned with a dry or damp cloth,
depending on application conditions and soiling. The clea-
ning is carried out exclusively from the outside.
Procedure:
f First remove coarse dust and contamination with a hand
brush with soft bristles.
f If necessary, moisten a clean cloth that is suitable for
plastic surfaces with water and thoroughly wipe off the
device.
f Only clean the charging cable when it is unplugged.
