1. BATTERY
a. REMOVAL/INSTALLATION
Hydrogen gas from batteries is highly flammable and
explosive.
You can be burned or seriously injured when charging
battery.
• Keep heat, sparks, and flame away.
• The battery is a Valve Regulated Lead Acid (VRLA)
maintenance-free battery, so do not add any battery fluid.
• The battery is specially designed, so use correct battery (YTZ-
14S) only.
• When removing the battery, disconnect the negative (–) cable
first, then disconnect the positive (+) cable.
• When installing the battery, connect the positive (+) cable
first, then the negative (–) cable.
