6. Safety Notices
In case of damage caused by non-compliance with these safety instructions the warranty / guarantee
will become void. We will not assume any responsibility for consequential damage!
We do not assume any liability for damage to property or personal injury caused by improper use
or the failure to observe the safety instructions! In such cases the warranty/guarantee is void.
Normal wear and tear during operation (e.g. worn-out gear wheels or servo transmission) are excluded
from the guarantee and warrantee, the same applies to accidental damage (e.g. broken bearing retainer
or rotor blades).
Dear Customer, these safety instructions are not only for the protection of the product but also for your own
safety and that of other people. Therefore, read this chapter very carefully before putting the product into
operation!
a) General Information
Caution, important note!
Operating the model may cause damage to property and/or individuals. Therefore, make sure that you are
properly insured when using the model, e.g. by taking out private liability insurance.
If you already have private liability insurance, inquire about whether the operation of the model is covered
before operating it.
Please note: In some countries you are required to have insurance for all model aircraft!
• The unauthorized conversion and/or modification of the product is prohibited for safety and approval reasons (CE).
• The product is not a toy and should be kept out of reach of children under 14 years of age.
• The product must not become damp or wet.
• If you do not have sufficient knowledge yet of how to operate remote-controlled models, please contact an experienced
model sportsman or a model construction club.
• Do not leave packaging material unattended. It may become a dangerous toy for children.
• Should questions arise that are not answered by operating manual, contact us (for contact information, see chapter
1) or another expert.
The operation and use of remote control model helicopters has to be learned! If you have never steered
such a model, start especially carefully and get used to the reactions of the model to the remote control
commands first. Do be patient!

Elimination
a) Généralités
Evacuez le produit en fin de vie conformément aux directives légales en vigueur.
b) Piles et accumulateurs
Le consommateur final est légalement tenu (ordonnance relative à l´élimination des piles usagées) de rapporter
toutes les piles et accumulateurs usés, il est interdit de les jeter dans les ordures ménagères !
Les piles et accumulateurs qui contiennent des substances toxiques sont caractérisés par les symboles
ci-contre qui indiquent l´interdiction de les jeter dans les ordures ménagères. Les désignations pour le
métal lourd prépondérant sont : Cd = cadmium, Hg = mercure, Pb = plomb (vous trouverez la
désignation sur la pile/accu, par ex. au-dessous des symboles de poubelles figurant à gauche).
Vous pouvez rapporter gratuitement vos piles/accumulateurs usagés aux centres de récupération de
votre commune, à nos succursales ou à tous les points de vente de piles et d'accumulateurs.
Vous répondez ainsi aux exigences légales et contribuez à la protection de l'environnement.
