PROBABLE CAUSE
Defective power supply cable (one or moreshut-off phases)
Fuse blown
Insufficient pressure from rollers
Casing guide wire damaged
Wire striated, not suited to welding or excessively worn

Check condition of cable and ensure that clamp is properly attached to compo-
nent, at a point free of rust, grease or paint
Inspect, re-tighten or replace if necessary

Check presence of gas and pressure in bottle
Use a protective screen. If necessary, increase the gas flow.
Clean orifices on diffuser with compressed air
Check operation of solenoid valve and its electrical connection
Check the operation of the reducing valve by disconnecting the pipe linking it to
The gas must be perfectly dry. Change the bottle or use a different type of wire
