Oil refilling

Ensure that the oil level gauge (22) is filled at least halfway with oil.
1. Before refilling, stop the motor (see chapter 6.8).
2. Vent the vacuum system to ambient pressure.
3. Open sealing screw (23).
4. Fill with suitable oil until the oil level indicator (22) is more than half-full (see oil type table in the operating and
maintenance instructions of the vacuum pump in the appendix).
5. Close sealing screw (23).

Check level and color of the oil daily by means of the oil level indicator (22).
►
Monitor the filter resistance gauge (28), replace oil trap as necessary.
