Danger due to falling objects
- Vacuum failure
if the load breaks free as a result of a collision

- if components fail because of overloading or unauthorized modifications
Persons may be hit and injured or killed.
► No person may sit or stand in the danger zone of the load.
► Never transport the load above people.
► Suitable protective equipment must be worn prior to transport.
► Do not operate unless you have a clear view of the entire working area.
► Pay attention to other people in the working area.
► Never release the operator handle while a load is suspended.
► Never lift loads at an angle and never drag or pull them.
► Only apply suction to and lift suitable loads (test their rigidity and porosity).
► The working area must be secured by the user/operator. The persons/equipment
necessary to secure this area must be present during the lifting/transportation
process.
► The permissible load per suction plate must not be exceeded.
►
Do not place parts on the lifting device.
► The vacuum may not be turned off at any time during handling.

Do not open the lifting device.
Starter battery
Risk of acid discharge, explosion, chemical burns from leaking battery

Wear suitable protective gear (safety goggles, protective gloves).

Keep the lifting device well clear of sparks and open flames.

Replacement of the battery may be performed by qualified personnel only.
