Load has cracks, gaps or is porous
Sealing lip on suction plate is
damaged
Vacuum gauge is faulty
V-belt slips
Leaking hose/screw unions
Oil dirty
Oil trap partly clogged
Vacuum filter(s) clogged
Motor power reduced due to
clogged air intake filter
Tank empty
Fuel valve closed
Motor oil level too low
Motor faulty
Load has cracks, gaps or is porous
Sealing lip is damaged
Faulty hose/leaking screw unions
Vacuum switch misaligned/faulty
TROUBLESHOOTING
Solution
Workpiece is not suitable for suction
Replace the sealing lip
Replace vacuum gauge
Retension V-belt
Replace/seal components
Change oil with oil filter
Replace oil trap
Replace vacuum filter(s)
Replace air intake filter
Refill with gasoline
Open fuel valve
Refill with recommended oil up to
the fill level mark
Check motor/contact customer
service
Load can not be handled with this
lifting device
Replace suction plate
Replace components
