OPERATION
WARNING
Applying suction to the
load
1.
Position the lifting device over the load's center of gravity.
2.
Ensure that the entire suction plate area is mounted on the load.
3.
Work the operator handle (see figure above according to model).
4. Watch the vacuum gauge.
5.
Once the vacuum reaches –0.6 bar (gauge needle is in the green range), lift the load approx. 20 cm
off the ground.
6. Attach the load securing chain (see chapter 6.7.2).

1.
Remove the load securing chain from the chain case.
2.
Throw or pass the load securing chain underneath the suspended load.
3.
Fasten the load securing chain tightly around the load on the other side of the lifting device (see
figure).
4. Stow the end of the chain in the chain case.

Risk of injury from falling parts
Secure the load using the load safeguard chain (5) before transporting (
chapter 6.7.2
).
Lift loads only when the vacuum is at 0.6 bar or stronger (no flashing light, gauge
needle in the green range). Otherwise the holding force does not suffice.
The maximum lift capacity of the individual suction plates must not be exceeded.

Risk of load falling when attaching the load securing chain
This may cause crushing injuries.
Do not reach underneath the load when attaching the load securing chain.
Falling load due to vacuum failure
This may cause crushing injuries.
Fasten load securing chains tightly around the load.
