Motor Control Valve Disassembly

NOTE: Refer to Figure 3-31.
1. Place unit on bench with the motor end up.
2. Remove O-ring Plug (1P) and drain the oil from the gear-
box.
3. Remove Hydraulic Tubing Assembly (35) by loosening
fittings on both ends of tube with a wrench.

4. Using a wrench, loosen jam nuts on Elbow Fittings (30)
and remove fittings from Brake (6) and Motor Control
Valve (32).
5. Remove O-ring Plugs (23) from Motor Control Valve (32).
6. Remove Motor Control Valve (32) from Motor (31) by
removing the four Bolts (21) and washers (22).
