Installing the Zone Ctrl II

To wire inputs and outputs

WARNING Do not apply line voltage (mains voltage) to the controller's ports and terminals.

Verify that the Zone Ctrl II's power and communications connections work properly.

Pull the screw terminal connector from the controller's power terminals labeled Gnd and 24 Vac.

Connect the input wiring to the screw terminals on the Zone Ctrl II.
NOTES
Connect the shield wire to the Gnd terminal with the ground wire.
IN-3 and IN-4 share the Gnd terminal beside IN-3.

To use IN-1 or IN-2, set jumpers IN-1 or IN-2 to the type of signal the input will receive (thermistor/dry
contact, or 0–5 Vdc).

Connect the binary output wiring to the screw terminals on the Zone Ctrl II and to the controlled device.
