Control Setting Output
Many functions feature the ability to set an output according to the status of the function setting.
The output can in most cases be either a discrete type (on/off only) or an analog type (variable output. Dis-
crete types are typically relays such as RX or RD series relays. Other devices such as VX and DX series include
analog outputs in either 0-10V or PWM.
Discrete (on/o ) Output
A discrete output is one that can only turn on or off such as a relay contact.

Select the GrowNET™ device that the output is located on.

Select the equipment output to be controlled.
4. Output Mode
Select if the function should turn the output on or off when activated.
Analog (variable) Output
A analog output is one that can vary; typically PWM or analog voltage to control light dimming signals or
motor speed controllers.

Select the analog output to be set by the function.
3. Value
Enter a value (0-100%) to be sent to the output when the function is active.
