To avoid serious injury, do not operate machine if any control levers or toggle switches controlling
platform movement do not return to the off or neutral position when released.
1)
Drive select switch
Provide high speed, intermediate speed, and low speed.
a)
The forward position gives maximum drive speed;
b)
The back position gives maximum torque for tough terrain and
climbing grades;
c)
The center position allows the machine to be driven in turtle speed.
Only use the platform leveling override function for slight leveling of the platform when platform is
lowered. Incorrect use could cause the load/occupants to shift or fall. Failure to do so could result in
death or serious injury.

Platform leveling switch
Provide platform leveling controls. This switch is used to adjust platform level in
situations such as ascending/descending a grade.
3)
Horn switch
Horn positioned in turntable sounds when pressed the switch.
4)
Power/Emergency stop switch
When pushed in (off), power is shut off to the platform functions. When pull out (on),
power turns on to the platform functions.
5)
Engine start/Auxiliary power switch
When pushed forward, the switch energizes the starter motor to start the engine. To use
auxiliary power, shut off engine and push the switch backward to start auxiliary pump. The
auxiliary pump functions to provide sufficient power to lower the machine should the main
pump or engine fail.
6)
Drive direction confirm switch
When the boom is swung over the rear tires or further in either direction, the Drive
Orientation indicator will illuminate when the drive function is selected. Push and release
the switch, and within 5 seconds move the Drive/Steer control to active drive or steer.
