7.5 Replace Nafion tube
Materials and tools required

Side nippers

Cable tie
1. Open the device (see "7.2 Open the device"
on page 22).
2. Undo the cable tie.
3.
release Nafion tube

4. Replace Nafion tube
5. Secure the cables of the main circuit board
and CAP 100 circuit board with a new cable
tie

7.6 Replace main circuit board and/or CAP 100 circuit board

ESD workstation
•
Slot screwdriver, insulated, size 1
•
Phillips screwdriver, size 2
•
Open-ended spanner WAF 15 mm
•
Ring spanner WAF 14 mm
•
Tubular hexagon box wrench 5.5 mm
•
Side nippers
•
Cable tie
•
Pointed pliers
7.6.1 Remove components
1. Open the device (see "7.2 Open the device"
on page 22).
2. Take the connector of battery
on the main circuit board and take the battery
out of the device.
3. Undo the nut of the connection for BiCheck
flow sensor
and push the connection inside

4. Fix Capno connection adapter
using an open-ended spanner.
