SMU diagnostic testing

The first test that will execute is the Diag_SMU test, which identifies and then runs all the tests
required for the Series 2600A instruments and Model 2410 System SourceMeter
The purpose of SMU diagnostic is to check the functionality of Series 2600A instruments and 2410
instruments, not to verify the accuracy of the output and measurement.
The Setup tab for the SMU diagnostic contains the following (see next Figure):
KI26XX SMU and KI24XX SMU: In this area, all scanned SMUs listed in the Hardware Configuration
panel are displayed. Each SMU can be selected (or deselected) for testing.
Two functions are displayed (see next Figure):
SELECT ALL: Allows you to select all the SMUs. You can also manually select the individual SMUs.
CLEAR ALL: Deselects all of the SMUs.
SELECT ITEM: Allows you to select or deselect individual diagnostic tests. There are three kinds:
Communication, Voltage, and Current.
LOOP: The number entered is the number of times the selected set of tests will be repeated when
Diag_SMU is executed. The tests can be repeated once to 99 times.
