Repair
20 and 60 Liter Platen
1. Follow the Pressure Relief Procedure on page 46.
2. Turn the Disconnect Switch (T) OFF. If using a
Tandem Ram Therm-O-Flow Warm Melt, turn the
Disconnect Switch (T) OFF on the Ram that
requires repair only.
3. Loosen two 5/16 in. screws (548) from Platen (D).
4. Carefully pull Pump away to prevent damage to
Pump inlet. If using a Pump with an intake adapter,
remove screws (548) and o-ring (558) from Pump
inlet.
