3. Needle up/down position button
With the „Needle up / down" button, you decide
whether the needle shall stop in the up position or in
the material when you stop sewing.
NOTE: Always press the button before starting
sewing. During sewing, press the button will stop the
machine.
Tip: We recommend always setting the „Needle
up/down" button to the „down" position. That way,
the needle will stick into the cloth when the sewing
is done, preventing the workpiece from slipping.
Pressing the „Thread cutter" button will then cut the
thread and automatically move the needle to the
upper position.
Press the button until the arrow in the LCD display
points upwards to make the needle stop in its
highest position.
Press the button until the arrow points downwards
to make the needle stop in its lowest position.
