The error can then be read in plain text via the information level
"Diagnosis" (from SW-Rev. 3.00).
Additionally, the diagnostic messages are divided into the
following areas:
Range Description
Electronics Diagnosis for device hardware.
Sensor Diagnosis for sensor elements and connection
lines.
Configuration Diagnosis of the communication interface and
parameterization / configuration.
Operating conditions Diagnosis for ambient and process conditions.
Process Notes and warnings when leaving the sensor or
(from SW-Rev. 3.00) process temperature range.

Error messages in the LCD display PROFIBUS PA® and
FOUNDATION Fieldbus®
In the event of an error, a message consisting of a symbol and
text appears at the bottom of the process screen
(e. g. electronics) The text displayed provides information about
the area in which the error has occurred.

with the NAMUR classification scheme. The group assignment
can only be changed using a DTM or EDD:

information level.
