Editing Note Velocity or Duration Data

To edit the velocity or duration data of a group of notes in one
operation, select 1 from the Edit Note Data menu. The following
screen will appear:

The fields and soft keys are:
• The
Seqnc
field:
This specifies the sequence to be edited.
• The
Track
field:
This specifies the track to be edited. Only one track can be edited at
a time.
• The
Ticks
fields:
These two bar.beat.tick fields are used to determine the region
within the track that will be edited. The leftmost field sets the start
of the region and the rightmost field holds a location one tick after
the region to be edited.
• The
Notes
field:
This field determines which notes will be edited. As shown above, it
appears in one of two ways depending on whether the selected track
is a Drum or MIDI track:
1. If the source track is a MIDI track, two numeric fields—
used to set the lowest and highest notes of the note range
that is selected for editing—appear as above. Each of
these numeric fields is editable via the cursor, and has a
