An Example of Creating and Playing a Song

The following demonstrates how to use Song mode to create a song
on the MPC3000:
1. Record some drum or MIDI data into sequences 1, 2, and 3.
2. Enter Song mode by pressing the SONG key.
3. In the Song field, select an unused song number. An unused song
is indicated as (unused)
4. Set the Contents of step

5. Select 1 in the Sqnc
number 1 to play at the start of the song.

number 1 to repeat two times before completing step 1.

7. Press to move on to step 2.
