PG Motor's Locked Protection H6
Possible Reasons:
1. The fan speed is too slow due to the blockage of the air outlet;
2. The fan blade is locked;
3.The motor is locked;
4.The capacitor of fan motor is damaged;
5. The motor is damaged;
6. IC board is damaged(there are voltage at both power input and output under the normal running.);
7. The mainboard is damaged;
8. Motor thermal protection.
Dealing Method:
1. Get rid of the obstruction;
2. Reassembling;
3. Replace the motor;
4. Replace the capacitor;
5. Replace the motor;
6. Replace the PCB;
7. Replace the mainboard;
8. Under the normal circumstances, the motor will be protected, but in other abnormal circumstances, such as
evaporator is very dirty, lots of dust accumulated on the fan blade, which will cause the motor overloading and then
it will cause frequent thermal protection during the running. We can solve the those problems according to the
reasons.
