Trouble Analysis
Note: When replacing the controller, please make sure that the wire jumper is inserted into the new controller, otherwise
the running LED will go out for 3s and blinks 15 times(the dual 8 will display C5) , and the unit can't be turned on.
The breaker is tripped
and fuse is burned out
A/C can't be activated
after energized( after
inserting the plug, the
buzzer won't give out
a beep and the unit
can't be started up by
remote controller
The remote controller
can't receive signals
(after it is energized,
the buzzer will give out
a beep, unless it' s
broken)
The breaker is tripped as soon as A/C is energized
The breaker is tripped after A/C runs for a
few minutes
No power supply
Power plug hasn't inserted or connected well
The fuse of controller is burned out
The wire of transformer is loosened or not conn-
ected well, or there's malfunction for transfoemer
Controller is broken
Remote controller is short of power
There's mulfunction for remote controller
The receiver is loosened and not connected well
Receiver is broken
Power voltage is too low
Measure the insulation resistance to ground
and make sure if there is electricity creepage
or short-curcuit or not.
The circuit or the parts of the air conditioner
has malfunction. The insulation is broken
after subheating and lead to the short circuit
or creepage. Measure the insulation resist-
ance.If it's the malfunction of breaker,please
replace it.
Check the power supply circuit
Check and insert the plug well, and
connect it tightly
Replace the fuse of controller
Fasten the wire; measure the output
voltage of the transformer. If it is abnormal,
replace the transformer
Replace the controller
Replace the battery
First, press the manual switch button AUTO
(or make the switch to AUTO),if there is no
action,please check according to the above
method. If it runs normally after pressing
the button,please check whether the
installation position and the connection wire
of the receiver is correct or not. If they
are correct,please replace the receiver or
the remote controller.
Check the voltage. If it is lower than 10% of the rated
voltage, please find out the reason, improve the power
supply condition and increase the stabilize voltage power.
