2 Product Confirmation

• Confirm the contents of the delivery that there is no damage or lack of
parts caused by transporting.
Failure to observe this instruction may affect the manipulator performance or the manipu-
lator may not perform as expected.
• Confirm that the serial numbers (S/N) of the manipulator and the
NXC100 (the first 6 digits and last 2 digits) are same.
* Serial numbers of the nameplate on th manipulator and the NXC100
match as below.
E.g. S/N of Manipulator
S2K783 - 1 - 01
First 6 digits
• Perform transporting and installing of the NXC100 with 2 personnel or
more.
Approx. mass
NXC100 controller (ERCR-NS00-A200) : 16kgf
• Avoid jarring, dropping, or hitting the robot system.
Injury and damage to the robot system may result.
• Avoid excessive vibration or impacting the NXC100 during handling.
Failure to observe this caution may adversely affect the performance of the NXC100.
• Install the robot system in the host system with LockOut/TagOut provi-
sions. That is, each installation requires a device to shut OFF the power
to the manipulator, servo track, and NXC100. The device to shut OFF
the power should locate outside the enclosure where the manipulator
and servo track are installed and has a LockOut/Tagout capability.
