Interlock Circuit
The NXC100 has "Interlock signals" connected to the conntector X61 on the NXC100.
The NXC100 has interlock circuit: "EXESP" for the hardware configuration. Together with
"ALARM" circuit, this interlock circuit gives feedback on the operating status to the user
software. When this interlock is activated, the servo motors for all axes decelerate to a stop
and then the serv power is turned OFF (Servo OFF Status).
