and the "signal margin" would be much lower. When the signal
margin is low enough conversation is no longer possible.
The RADION receiver monitors the signal level of every system
transmitter and report an interference trouble (sometimes
called Jamming) if the signal margin of a transmitter is reduced
to the point where communications might be lost.
To ensure reliable system communications, the signal level and
margin of every transmitter, including repeaters, should be
tested and verified to be reporting "good" at the time of
installation and in the unlikely event of a interference trouble
report.
