The Verification Procedure is in 9500B Absolute Acceptance Limit. The Load
Capacitance Measurement Function is verified by carrying out measurements of the
capacitance of a calibrated Capacitance Standard in the sequences given in Verification
Setup and 9500B Absolute Acceptance Limit Calculations, at the verification points
shown in Table 17.
