fitting piece 5.7 to the cover as well. Now glue the
narrow parts to the side walls 5.8 so that they are
seated in the edge. Sand all edges of the winch
housing and, if necessary, level them out.

The shaft blocks are glued together from 2 side
parts 5.9 and the spacers 5.10 and 5.11. Proceed in
such a way that the parts are aligned with the 2
mm holes and the underside. Test the shaft brack-
ets with a 2 mm round rod on the winch housing. If
necessary, rework slightly.

The two drums are made from the discs 5.12, the
spacer discs 5.13 and the drum core 5.15. Align
the washers with the 2 mm holes. Glue the step
disks together with the drum core. Glue the two
brake discs 5.14 and one disc 5.12 onto the drums.

Glue a fitting piece 5.3 centrally onto the winch
base plate. Glue the two guide rails 5.24 to the
base plate so that one is parallel to the edge of the
base plate and the other at the distance of the
lower guard rail part 5.21.
The last assembly of the winch is the guide car-
riage. Make a gluing aid to glue the guide carriage
together.

Glue on the two strips at a distance of 25 mm.
Underlay the lower guide rail (narrow) with a piece
of wood. Insert the guide rollers into the guide
rails. Clamp the guide rails to the strips. Now the
guide rollers can be fixed with superglue.
Glue on the guide tube 5.19. Bend the two support
crosses 5.23 (drawing T) and glue them between
the guide rails.
