Warning Functions

The MINAS-A4P Series outputs a warning signal before its protective function is activated, enabling you to check
the overload and other error conditions in advance.
The following warning code No. flashes on 7-segment LED of front panel slowly when the warning is on.

・If the over-load warning or over-regenerative warning is output, take an appropriate action same as
the each protective functions are activated.( refer to section 8-1)
・If the battery warning is output, replace the absolute encoder battery .
After replacing the battery, perform the servo amplifier warning clear procedure to clear the battery warning.

The output transistor turns ON when the load exceeds 85% of the trigger level of the over-load
protection.
The output transistor turns ON when the regeneration exceeds 85% of the trigger level of the
over-regenerative load protection.
The output transistor turns ON when the battery voltage for absolute encoder falls lower than
approx. 3.2V.
The output transistor turns ON when the fan stalls for longer than 1s.
The output transistor turns ON when the external scale temperature exceeds 65°, or signal
intensity is not enough
(adjustment on mounting is required). Valid only at the full-closed control.
