(1) There are two ways available described below for inputting an alarm clearing signal through I/O.
1. For input by specifying a point ( X5
Specify point "0" and make strobe signal ( X5
Alarm clearing is activated in a timing where strobe signal input changes from invalid to valid.
2. For multiple-function input ( X5 EX-IN1, EX-IN2, Pin 22 and 25)
Assign alarm clearing to multi-function input 1 or multi-function input 2 ( X5
22 and 25) to be made valid in servo parameter No.5A (multi-function input 1 signal selected) and
No.5C (multi-function input 2 signal selected).
Alarm clearing is activated in a timing where strobe signal input changes from invalid to valid.
Signal logic of multi-function input can be changed by servo parameter No.59 (multi-function input 1
signal logic) and No.5B (multi-function input 2 signal logic).
(2) When alarm is cleared, servo amplifier returns to the condition after power turn-on.
When homing instruction is executed, step operation becomes valid.
When homing is completed, transistors of present position output ( X5 P1OUT - P32OUT: Pin 29, 30, 31,
32, 33, and 34) have the maximum point number determined by servo parameter No.57 (input point number
selected).
However, when absolute mode or homing operation unnecessary is set, transistors of present position
output ( X5
P1OUT - P32OUT: Pin 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, and 34) have the maximum point number
determined by servo parameter No.57 (input point number selected), which allows step operation.
