ERROR – LOST
COMMUNICATION
WITH MAINBOARD
The operator interface board did not receive response from main board before timeout. This
could indicate a problem with the main board processor, power connections, or connections
between main board and operator interface board.

(During Startup)
Mainboard Test Program
The main board is loaded with diagnostic test software. Weight indicator functions are not
possible.
Cannot receive status from mainboard
The operator interface board requested status from the main board and there was no
response before a timeout occurred. This could indicate a problem with the main board
processor, power connections, or connections between main board and operator interface
board.
Mainboard status: good
Initial startup response from main board indicates no problems.
Mainboard status: A000
Initial startup response from main board indicates main board bootloader software is
present, but main board program is not present or damaged. Weight indicator functions are
not possible.
SIB status: good
Initial startup response from main board indicates no problems with scale interface card.
Press ENTER or self-test in X secs
Operator interface board flash memory indicates the unit has not completed initial board
tests successfully. Press enter before countdown completes to bypass testing. However,
this message will continue to appear upon power-up until testing is completed successfully.
Error Codes

Mnbd reports 01 EEPROM corrupt
The checksum failed. There may be a problem with the EEPROM chip on the mainboard.
