(During Add Operator)

Cannot use same login as existing operator
An attempt was made to enter a new operator using the same login as an existing operator.
No space for new operator
An attempt was made to add a new operator when all operator login spaces are filled. The
Model 825 supports a total of eight operators. One operator is the Administrator (with full
access to all functions and features). The remaining seven are for users and can be
configured to allow or prevent access to various functions and features.
Error Codes

Operator not found
The operator login entered does not exist.
Cannot delete ADMIN operator
An attempt was made to delete the administer login. The administrator login cannot be
deleted.

Before You Call Service

The Model 825 indicator has been designed to provide you with years of trouble-free
operation. In spite of this, troubles sometimes happen. Before calling for service assistance,
you should make some initial checks to verify that a problem does exist. The following
describes several types of symptoms along with suggested remedies.

POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS
Is the AC power cord fully inserted into the wall
receptacle? Check wall receptacle for proper AC
power. Try another electrical appliance in the same
receptacle. Does it work? Check the circuit
breaker. Has there been power failure?
Has the indicator been calibrated? Insure that the
scale platform is not touching an adjacent object.
Check the load cell connector wiring. If using four
(4) wire load cells, insure the sense lead jumpers
(J1 and J3) on the 825-SIB are installed. Have
proper operation procedures been followed?
Refer to Weight Status Messages section and make
certain that the
OVER CAPACITY
displayed. If so, and scale is not loaded, perform
the calibration procedure.
