Getting to understand different parts of the user interface is one of the most important
tasks to know the operations. The oscilloscope user interface consists of:
Vertical control
Horizontal control
Trigger control
LCD display area
Function buttons (F1, F2, F3, F4, F5)
User menu area
Input terminal (CH1, CH2, EXT TRIG)
Multi‐purpose knob
USB interface
Please get familiar with the user interfaces shown in Figure 1‐1 and Figure 1‐2.
