10. Troubleshooting

The meters are practically maintenance free as it doesn't contain any user-serviceable or
replaceable parts. Therefore, the meter does not require any special maintenance schedule.
However, in case of any malfunctioning or suspicion of glitches, kindly refer to the following
troubleshooting methods.
IMPORTANT!
To avoid risk of meter damage, do not open the meter case and/or attempt to repair the
meter.
Kindly follow the safety instructions and take necessary precautions before analyzing or
troubleshooting the energy meter.

10.1. Troubleshooting Guide

Front panel display is not

Switch the meter off and on again to check the front
panel display.
1. Check if the Bluetooth on your smart-phone device is
On or discoverable.
2. Check if the Bluetooth on your meter is On or
discoverable.
3. Check if the device is within Bluetooth range.
4. Disconnect the paired device completely.
5. Switch the meter off and on again to check the front
panel display.
6. Switch the Bluetooth of your mobile device on.
7. Use the discovery mode by tapping on the Up/down
button.
8. Check if the correct meter serial number from the list
is selected.
9. Ensure the app is updated with latest version.
10. Ensure the firmware is updated.
11. Tap on the meter serial number from the list if
available. If not, use the pair button to search for
available meters.
