The users can check meter status with the help of blinking LED which is mounted on the meter
front body. Refer Table 2 for details on the LED behavior during meter operation. E-Mon®
energy meters are equipped with status LED display for indicating events and instances.
The LED indicates various events as per the meter functions by blinking with a pre-defined
frequency. Several events are indicated by blinking LED as mentioned in the table below. The

3.2.7. 4-Quadrant monitoring

The meter measures all the 4-quadrants of the energy spectrum. E-Mon® energy meter
performs measurement of active, reactive, and apparent energy during operation. It also
provides measurement of both Import and Export energy.
The energy meter offers demand energy measurement in various topologies such as 3-wire,
3-Phase 4-wire, delta and Star/Wye networks. The E-Mon® energy meter allows users to read
the energy flow in terms of phases and display energy measurement for combination of
phases.
Users can access the energy spectrum measurement using the front panel display of energy
meter. Check measurement using front panel menu in the 'Monitoring' tab and navigate to
the measurement part for the real time values.
