Vestibule Function

Activating outside door switch will open outside door and send a signal to inside door to be
opened. The inside door will open after Open Delay 1 time has elapsed.
Activating inside door switch will open inside door and send a signal to outside door to be opened.
The outside door will open after Open Delay 1 time has elapsed.
