Inspect platform fold gears for wear, damage or
foreign objects
Check adjustment of platform sensor (fold) switch
(pump mounted hydraulic pressure switch)
Inspect platform fold pins and bearings for wear or
damage and positive securement.
Inspect microswitches for securement and proper
adjustment.
Make sure lift operates smoothly
Inspect inboard roll stop operation. Roll stop should
just rest on the top surface of the base plate.
