• Loosen the rotation nozzle with a corresponding SW38-size spanner.
• Remove the packed filter cartridge and the rotation nozzle from the filter
housing.
• Remove the rotating nozzle and close the waste disposal bags. The filter
cartridge can be disposed of in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Now position the rotation nozzle in the new filter cartridge and insert it into the
filter housing.
• Now install the rotating nozzle and slide the filter cartridge upwards so that the
centring studs correctly centre the filter cartridge.
• Now screw the washer, special washer and nut for the filter cartridge mounting
bracket and tighten the nut by hand. Then use the appropriate tool to tighten
the nut with max. 3-4 turns. Avoid crowning of the filter fins.
• Install the new dust collection charge and close the maintenance door.
• Close the maintenance door with the clamps
• Connect the air supply and the power supply.
• The device can now be put back into operation.
