3 Product Description

The Filter-Master XL is a compact welding smoke filter device with which welding
fumes resulting from welding are removed by suction near the origin point and are
removed with an efficiency of more than 99.9%. For this, the Filter-Master XL is
equipped with a flexible exhaust arm, whose suction hood moves easily and retains
each position by itself.
The pollutants released during the work process are captured with the help of the
exhaust arm and flow into the filter unit with the intake air. Here the particulate
pollutants are isolated on the surface of the Filter cartridge. The particles which
accumulate on the filter cartridges are removed by automatically-triggered air
impulses. They fall into a dust collection charge, which then can be removed for
disposal. The cleaned air is sucked in by the fan and is returned to the work area.
