232 07 04 3.150 x 1.800 x 300 6.500 Die KEMPER variohood ist für den Anschluss an ein KEMPER System 6000, 8000, oder 9000 ausgelegt. Ihr jeweiliger Ansprechpartner wird Sie hierzu gerne beraten. 2. Funktionsweise Dank des einzigartigen Strömungsprinzips ist eine hohe Effizienz der Absaugung bei sehr geringer Luftvolumenleistung möglich. Durch kleine, längliche Öffnungen an den inneren Rändern der Absaughaube werden die entstehenden Stäube gleichmäßig abgesaugt. -

Lesen und beachten Sie diese Hinweise, bevor Sie die Absaughaube benutzen: • Bewahren Sie diese Betriebs- und Wartungsanleitung gut auf. • Sorgen Sie für einen sachgemäßen Betrieb der Anlage. Ein unsachgemäßer Betrieb der Absaughaube kann zu Personenschäden führen! • Das Betriebspersonal ist vor der Inbetriebnahme einzuweisen. •... - Page 6 Schritt 3 - Befestigen der Eckverbinder Mittels der mitgelieferten Flachrundschraube M8x16 fixieren Sie nun die äußeren Bohrungen der Bauteile. Die Innenseite des Zwischenprofils und die Außenseite des Eckverbinders müssen aneinander liegen! Schritt 4 - Einstecken des Verbindungsstückes Stecken Sie nun ein Verbindungsstück in das Zwischenprofil und fixieren beides mit den mitgelieferten Flachrundschrauben M8x16 Hinweis: Dieses Bauteil ist nicht bei allen Haubengrößen erforderlich.
- Page 7 Schritt 6 - Montage der Zwischenprofile Montieren Sie das gegenüberliegende Zwischenprofil wie das vorherige. Schritt 7 - Montage der Tragstrebe Nur für Absaughauben ab einer Breite von 4 Rastern (1.800 mm) Schrauben Sie die Träger mittels beider Flanschplatten zusammen. Die komplette Strebe kann nun an das Verbindungsprofil geschraubt werden.
- Page 8 Schritt 8 - Einlegen der perforierten Kassette Legen Sie nun eine Kassette mit Perforation ein. Achtung: Die Perforation muss unter der Eckverbindung positioniert werden. Achtung: Soll die Haube auf Stützen gestellt werden, entfernen Sie die Perforation der Kassette, sowie der Zwischenprofile. Anschließend kann das mitgelieferte Kantenschutzprofil an der Bruchkante aufgesteckt werden.
- Page 9 Schritt 11 - Einlegen der perforierten Kassette Schieben Sie das Zwischenprofil mit den Eckverbindern in den bestehenden Rahmen der Absaughaube. Verschrauben Sie die Eckverbinder. Schritt 12 - Anbringen der Endkappe Schieben Sie nun die Endkappe auf das Zwischenprofil auf. Oben wird in einer Bohrung eine Senkkopfschraube verwendet. In die andere Bohrung wird eine Augenschraube eingedreht.

Schritt 14 - Niederhalter An der Unterseite der Haube müssen nun die Kassettenniederhalter verschraubt werden. Hierzu die Schrauben nach unten ziehen und fest- schrauben. Der Niederhalter kann auch durch die Ansaugöffnung händisch gedrückt werden. –> Achtung: Es können scharfkantige Stellen vorhanden sein. - Page 11 Schritt 2 - Perforation entfernen Um die Stützen einstecken zu können, muss vorher die Perforation der Blechkassette und beide Perforationen der Zwischenprofile entfernt werden. (Siehe: Montage Absaughaube Schritt 2, 7, 9) Nun kann die Stütze eingeschoben werden. Schritt 3 - Einschieben Stütze Ist die Stütze bis zum Anschlag eingesteckt, wird diese mithilfe der beiden Sechskantschrauben befestigt.

Schritt 4 - Einlegen der oberen Kassette Legen Sie sich die Kassetten bereit. Dann verbinden Sie diese wie bei den unteren. Anschließend werden alle verbundenen Kassetten von oben eingelegt. Hinweis: Die Rohrleitung darf nicht auf der Haube abgestützt werden! Mode of operation Thanks to the unique flow principle, it is possible to achieve a high extraction efficiency at a very low air volume. The produced dust is drawn through small, elongated openings on the inner edges of the extraction hood. -

Read and follow these instructions before using the extraction hood: • Keep this installation and operating manual near the filter unit. • Guarantee an appropriate operation of the unit. An inappropriate operation of the extraction hood can harm individuals! • Acquaint the operating personnel with the unit before commissioning it. •... - Page 18 Step 3 - Connecting the corner joints Please secure the components on the outside with the provided mushroom head bolt M8 x 16. The inside of the intermediate profiles and the outside of the corner joints have to have contact! Step 4 - Attaching the connecting piece Now push a connecting piece in the intermediate profile and secure both with the provided mushroom head bolt M8 x 16.
- Page 19 Step 6 - Installation of the intermediate profiles Mount the opposite intermediate profile just as the previous one. Step 7 - Installation of the support Only for extraction hoods with a size of 1.800 mm and more. Screw connect the supports using both flange plates. The support can now be screw connected to the connecting piece.
- Page 20 Step 8 - Placing the perforated metal rail Now place a perforated metal rail. Please note: The perforation has to be positioned under the corner joint. Please note: If the hood is set up on supports, remove the perforation of the metal rail and the intermediate profiles. Now the provided edge protection profile can be placed onto the breaking edge.
- Page 21 Step 11 - Placing the perforated metal rail Push the intermediate profile with the corner joints into the frame of the extraction hood. Screw the corner joints. Step 12 - Attaching the end cap Attach the end cap to the intermediate profile. Use a countersunk bolt for an upper drill hole. Use an eye bolt for the other drill hole. With this the hood can be suspended from the ceiling.

Step 14 - Hold down plate Now screw connect the metal rail hold down plates at the bottom side of the hood. Pull down the screws and fasten them. The hold down plate can also be pushed through the intake opening by hand. Caution: Sharp edges! Step 15 - Connecting to a piping The extraction hood is now finished and can be connected to a piping. - Page 23 Step 2 - Removing the perforation Before connecting the supports, remove the perforation of the metal rail and the intermediate profiles. (See: Installation of the exhaustion hood” step 2, 7, 9) Now you can connect the support. Step 3 - Connecting the support Secure the support with hexagon screws, if it is pushed up against.
