Working cycle interruption

•
When TOTAL STOP is pressed, saw band operation is stopped.
•
Press STOP button (pos. G) to stop the current cycle.
Press TOTAL STOP button in emergency.
Position of safety button TOTAL STOP and STOP button:

Error messages

•
Safety circuit not switched on
•
Press the safety circuit button to start the control circuits of
the control system.
•
Control circuits start is signalized by light in button.
Start the safety circuit using designated
button on the control panel.
•
Motor overload
•
Motor is disconnected
•
End switch of belt tensioning detected problem
•
Check saw belt tension, or re-tension it, see Tensioning and
check of saw band.
•
TOTAL STOP safety button pressed
•
Feeding vice clamp error
•
Check if the material is correctly clamped (see chapter
Clamping of material to vice)
•
Main vice clamp error
•
Check if the material is correctly clamped (see chapter
Clamping of material to vice)
•
Wrong length set
•
Max. length of cut piece is 3270 mm
