Inserting the material

Do not stand under lifted loads!
Never step on the roll conveyor!
Do not hold or manipulate with material during clamping to the vice (using
electronic control)! The vice may cause serious injury!

Inserting

Insert the material into clamp in such a way, that it cannot move or fall from vice.
When cutting long pieces of material (e.g. tubes or bars) use roll conveyors for
transport to the band saw.
Check that the length and width of the roll conveyor d is sufficient with
respect to the material size and that the conveyor maximum load is
sufficient with respect to the material weight.
For round material check that it rests on at least two vertical
rolls so that it will not fall from the roll conveyor!

Clamping material to the vice

Procedure for clamping of the material to the vice:
1.
Adjust distance of the vice jaws to approximately match the material size.
2.
Insert the material.
3.
Clamp the material by the clamp wheel to the stop and then turn back the wheel
by half turn
4.
Finish clamping of the material by the vice control buttons (pos. 1, 2, 4 and 5)

Cutting of the bundle

For cutting of the material in bundle follow some suggestions how to stack:
Stacking of the rounded material into bundle: pay special attention for rounded
material – stack the material according to the picture. If the bars will be stored other
way, there may be problems with feeding. The bars are moving against each other.
We recommend to weld the bundle at the ends before cutting so that individual parts
of the bundle will not move.
Switch off the machine by the master switch before welding! Magnetic fields created
during welding may damage the control system!
Bundling of four-edged material:
Bundling of angled material:
Attention!
Not all shapes of material are suitable for cutting in the bundle.
Follow recommendations of your saw band supplier for placing
material into bundle.
