Automatic mode
•
The cutting process in the automatic mode is divided into several steps, given by
different menu on LCD.

Set required cutting angle before start of the automatic mode
•
Enter the values in menu using numerical keys, press ENTER to confirm. Decimal
point is entered by
tenths.

Mode selection
•
Switching to automatic mode is always indicated on LCD
2.
Machine setting
•
Initial position with feeder behind and frame up.
•
Before start of the works in the automatic mode the machine
must set the initial position.
•
If the initial position is set, the operator will not be required
to set it again until the machine is switched off.
Set the initial position
•
If START is pressed, LCD shows this message during setting of
the initial position.
•
LCD after initial position is set.
•
After short time the message disappears and the menu for
selection of automatic mode parameters is set.

Setting of the mode parameters
•
Setting of the cutting parameters for automatic mode:
•
Enter number of pieces in the first menu – enter the
required number of pieces on the first line of LCD, which
the machine will cut in automatic cycle. The second line
show number of already cut pieces from the previous
automatic cycle.
•
Enter the piece length in the second menu – enter the
length of cut material in automatic cycle. The length is
set in millimeters with precision to one decimal point.
Maximum length is 3270 mm.
Press ENTER to confirm entered values.
When the length is entered, the current
menu is displayed.
•
LCD shows value of recalculated feed length,
•
Operator enters value on feeder ()
•
The second number indicates number of feeder feeds
for one piece ()
•
The operator must clamp the material into vice.
Press to continue after feeder is set and
material clamped into vice.
