Cutting angle setting

This machine allows to cut up to 60° angle. The limit positions 0° and 60° are equipped
with stops.
Setting of the cutting angle according to machine mode:
Manual mode
Cutting angle 0° to 60°

Guiding cube setting

In order to achieve smooth cutting and sufficient precision of the cut, it is necessary to
place the guiding cube as close to the cut material as possible.
1. Release the lever (arrow) of the left guiding listel.
2. Move the left part of the guiding so that the edge of the left cube is as close to the
cut material as possible.
3. Tighten the lever and check if the saw band guiding is not colliding with the
material.
Automatic mode
Cutting angle 0° to 45°

Release the saw console by the
clamp lever
•
Move the lever completely to
left to release
•
The clamping lever is located in
the saw pedestal on the right
from the control panel.
•
Turn the frame to set required
cutting angle
•
Cutting angle scale is on the
front side of the console
•
Use frame to turn the belt
tensioning bolt
•
The frame should be lifted to
its maximum position.
•
Secure the saw console by
clamp lever
•
Move the lever completely to
right to secure
