Press [Menu/Exit]. Select [E-mail Features] and
press [Enter].

Select [Group Mail] and press [Enter].
!
Select [Edit] or [Delete] and press [Enter].
!
Enter a Group Number or Name and press
[Enter].
!
If editing, change the Group Name, Add or Delete
addresses, and change the File Type as required.
Press [Enter].

If deleting, a confirmation window appears. Select
[Yes] and press [Enter].
!
Load the originals and press the [E-mail] key.
!
Press [Menu/Exit]. Select [E-mail Features] and
press [Enter].
!
Select [Group Mail] and press [Enter].
!
Select [Send] and press [Enter].
!
Enter the Group Number and press [Enter].
!
Enter the Sender's name and select other
features as required.
!
Press [Start] to activate the job.
