PROBABLE CAUSE
The paper may be too
damp.
The transfer roller may be
dirty.
TrueType fonts may be
disabled.
Toner may be low.
PROBABLE CAUSE
The Group Mail you tried
to use has no E-mail
assigned to it.
Your machine cannot
connect with the server or
has lost contact due to a
network problem.
The recipient address
could not be contacted or
is invalid.
Any type of
communication or
network failure during E-
mail operations.
Invalid Account or
Password
Authentication is disabled
and the mail server
requires it.
SUGGESTED SOLUTION
Try printing with a different batch of paper. Do
not open packages of paper until necessary so
that the paper does not absorb too much
moisture from the air.
Print a few blank pages to clean the transfer
roller.
Use the fonts dialog box in the Control Panel to
enable TrueType fonts.
Remove the toner cartridge and shake it gently
to distribute the toner evenly. Then reinstall the
toner cartridge.
Ensure that a spare toner cartridge is available.
SUGGESTED SOLUTION
Type the address manually.
Try again. If the problem persist, try again once
the network fault is resolved.
Ensure correct address is entered.
Try again.
Ensure correct account and password are used.
Ensure Authentication is enabled. Refer to the
System Administrator.
