1 Getting Started
Dynamic mode
In dynamic mode, the IP address, subnet mask, and default gateway values are
obtained from a DHCP server. When you use the DHCP operation, you cannot
configure the IP address, subnet mask, and default gateway values from the front
panel.
Using this dynamic mode does not require a detailed knowledge of your network
configuration.
If the DHCP server cannot be found on your network, the N432A will return to

the auto IP mode, then static mode.
1 Using a standard LAN patch cable, connect both the PC and the N432A to LAN
