the test procedure is incorrect.
♦ Follow test procedure exactly: first of all in-
terrogate fault memory, and then erase it.

Ending output

- Select function 06.
K Readout in display:
- Confirm entry with the key Q.
K Readout in display:
- Switch ignition off.
- Separate plug connections to vehicle system
tester V.A.G 1552.

Coding airbag control unit

Coding is only possible if a new control unit is
used.
l The airbag warning light (K75) comes on and
remains on.
- Connect vehicle system tester V.A.G 1552
and select address word 15 „Airbag“ ⇒ page
01-5.

- Select function 07.

- Confirm entry with the key Q.
