– Remove the oil filter -A- from the slide valve body.
Installing
There is an O-ring between the oil strainer and the slide valve
body. It may get stuck in the slide valve body when the screen
is removed.
• Before installation, check the oil strainer and the slide valve
body.
• The O-ring must be on the oil strainer and not in the slide
valve body.
• If the O-ring is damaged, replace the oil strainer.
– Lightly coat the O-ring in the intake manifold of the oil strain‐
er with ATF.
– Place oil strainer -A- on the slide valve body and screw on
with screws -1-.
– Installing the oil pan
– Fill ATF, check ATF level and replenish ATF

Note
Replace bolts / nuts that are tightened at an angle of rotation,
as well as replacement components after removal.
